Dark Chocolate Cuts Cravings

Eat dessert first.

Danish researchers found that giving young men dark chocolate before a pizza meal caused them to eat less than when given milk chocolate. Okay, that doesn’t prove that dark chocolate is exactly a health food but this finding added to the anti-oxidant effects of chocolate give it a leg up in the good-for-you column.
