Indirect suggestions for learning indirect suggestion

October

13

Can you imagine learning indirect suggestion patterns quickly and easily? A person might, you know, get a whole new perspective on this situation. Some people say to meĀ  “It isn’t *so easy* to practice these patterns” but I know that you appreciate the value of the skills you’re building. People who have already decided to study every day, ____, agree that this is the best way to do it.

And a wise teacher told me ‘Practice diligently and you will reap the rewards’. So, imagine how good you’ll feel when you’ve proved to yourself that you can use these patterns skilfully. But, I wouldn’t want you to learn indirect suggestions too quickly for you own comfort. However, by the time you’ve started to notice just how far you’ve come, you’ll be really excited about the changes you’ve made.

You know, a person may not know exactly how your unconscious will signal that it’s already made these changes. And it can be so interesting to recognize each time you’ve unconsciously integrated a new hypnosis pattern into your work, can’t it?
It’s good to know that you’re learning rapidly, isn’t it? And it’s so relaxing to recognize that a person could allow the unconscious to integrate these patterns.

So when working with mindfulness, a person is able to develop an internal focus of attention. And, that person, ____, doesn’t have to imagine practicing these patterns every single day to realize the benefits that mindfulness practice brings to your mood and health.

My friend Mary once told me “You’ve waited long enough; it’s time to make a decision” and I’ve always been grateful for her advice.

A person can get in touch with their own creativity in learning easy ways to work. And, you can practice these patterns thoroughly, can’t you?
